About the Role

As an Account Administrator, you will provide essential support to our clients and internal teams. You will manage client accounts, process orders, and handle billing and invoicing. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and resolving any account-related issues. You will also communicate with clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and provide valuable insights for business development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Proven experience as an Account Administrator or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong ethics and integrity in handling confidential information

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance and accounting
