About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the frontline representative of our company, providing excellent customer support and assistance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred

  • Ability to handle high-volume incoming calls or emails in a professional manner

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
