About the Role

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.

  • Take customer orders and prepare beverages, ensuring accuracy and quality.

  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Prepare food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and pastries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, counters, and equipment.

  • Monitor and restock inventory, notifying management of any shortages.

  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

  • Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Knowledge of food and beverage handling procedures and safety standards

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays


  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate order-taking, cash handling, and food preparation

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic cafe environment

  • Enthusiasm for coffee, food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers

Willingness to follow company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and uniform standards
