About the Role

As a Trainee Receptionist, you will receive comprehensive training and gain valuable experience in providing front desk support and administrative assistance. You will greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain a clean and organized reception area. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will create a welcoming environment for clients and guests. You will also support various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and assisting with basic office duties. This trainee position offers an opportunity to develop essential administrative and customer service skills in a professional setting.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional and friendly demeanor

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in using office equipment, such as a telephone system and computer

  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to handle a high-volume reception area and manage incoming calls and visitors

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and schedules

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
